At the recent August 2024 AnchorCon in Clayton, New York, the Award winning international cosplayer Knightmage dressed up as the Phantom on the Sunday.
For those who have come in late Knightmage has a huge international following with his award winning cosplays. In his day job, he is a Deputy Sheriff for the Mahoning County Sheriff’s Office in Ohio. His website credits him with over 370 costumes since 2012 when he first cosplayed.

As you can tell by the gallery attached, he definitely has the physique for the role of the Phantom.
